What is Kim’s passion? What is that one thing that gets her jazzed every single day? Working with people and “real-estating”! Kim has that energy for life to help you with finding the first home you’ve ever purchased or that luxury dream home, vacation home or condo for your college student. The love to meet new people or reconnect with friends and listening to the stories they share is why being a Real Estate agent is the perfect professional match for her. Kim takes helping others (with what may be an incredibly daunting task without the right agent) and makes the process easier by her true understanding of the buyer or seller’s hopes and dreams. “I feel I’m a lot of practical and strategic mixed with care and understanding." What she means is this… she can see what’s coming and help maneuver around those tough negotiating spots. She likes to keep the unnecessarily element of surprise out of transactions.
“I wake up every morning excited to find my buyers the perfect home or to meet with my sellers and see what more I can do to promote their home. I work as a buyer's agent, listing agent, and referral source for people moving into or outside of the Front Range area and that’s where I get my positive charge!” Kim’s Real Estate experience allows her to help clients find the perfect home, negotiate contracts, and find qualified experts for home inspections and appraisals. She provides a free market analysis and acts as a sounding board for questions that come up. Because Kim cares about each person who works with her on a personal level, she represents each transaction as if it were her own home. Being a native of Colorado, born in Boulder, she know the area well. She takes pride in matching people up with the best neighborhoods for their personality and lifestyle, giving information about the current market and making home buying or selling an enjoyable process.
